Welcome, HCS employees! AccessHCS, launching Jan. 6, 2025, is Henry County Schools' one-stop shop for all employees to manage Human Resources and Finance processes. We have developed the AccessHCS Toolkit to provide access to training materials and Frequently Asked Questions.

Viewing current absence balances
Adding or changing phone number, email address, physical/mailing address, emergency contacts, benefits contacts, or beneficiaries
Changing demographic information, such as marital status
Initiating a name change
Updating identification information, such as Driver’s License, Passport, Visa, or adding a document to an employee’s file
Viewing compensation details and pay stubs
Making direct deposit account designations
Viewing employment information, such as job title, job description, and pay scale
Entering W-4 information and tax withholdings
Enrolling in benefits
Submitting for expense reimbursement
